All orders will be shipped from our headquarters in Germany. We only use DHL, Deutsche Post, and UPS to ensure fast and reliable service. If your shipping destination isn’t available at checkout, please contact us.

Customs, VAT & Import Fees
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid upon delivery. We are not responsible for paying these fees. If the Customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes, causing the package to be returned, any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the Customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. For high-value items, we recommend choosing shipping with insurance.
All sales are final. Our products are vintage and second-hand; due to the nature of these items, we cannot guarantee a return process in compliance with standard regulations. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted, and buyers are not entitled to return goods. Each item is thoroughly documented with high-quality images, including on-body photos, and detailed descriptions. We strongly recommend reviewing all information carefully before purchasing and contacting us for any additional details regarding the condition. Exceptions may be considered.
