Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer service team at diamondwholesalehelp@gmail.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you have your RMA number and the mailing address, securely place just the item (without its original packaging if preferred, but ensure it's protected) in a mailing package.
  3. Mail your return to the address provided with your RMA number.

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.


Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return.
