The Kyasu Overboot from Y-3 is an extremely avant-garde footwear piece that fuses Adidas' innovative technology with Yohji Yamamoto's original aesthetic.

Its most striking feature is the contrast between the ultra-thin sole unit, inspired by traditional boxing shoes, and the oversized suede upper that envelops the entire foot. By utilizing suede with a "brut" (raw) texture, the boot expresses a minimalist yet powerful sculptural beauty.

While it appears to be a heavy boot at first glance, the true essence of the "Kyasu" series lies in its surprising lightness and flexibility, providing a sensation close to being barefoot.
