We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can visit our Returns and Exchanges portal. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return with not be accepted. You will be asked to ship the item in its original packaging. Once we’ve received your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment methods. Refunds will be issued 5-7 days after receipt at our facility. LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY: Limited Warranty Returns: The Swift Running Warranty applies to authentic Swift Running products less than six month old from date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.&nbsp;We strongly encourage you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is within 6 months of the purchase dated to be eligible under our warranty policy.&nbsp;If you do not include your proof of purchase, your product will be evaluated by its manufacturing date. If found eligible under our warranty policy, you will receive an exchange or credit (see below for additional details). Authentic Swift Running products covered under this warranty must have been purchased directly from www.Swift-Running.com, or from an authorized Swift Running retailer. This warranty does NOT apply to Swift Running products purchased from unauthorized sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law. ​​​​ Our Limited Warranty&nbsp;ONLY&nbsp;applies to material or workmanship defects.
