HOW SOON DO WE SHIP ORDERS?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED AFTER IT IS SHIPPED?

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the website located at stevenwick.company, the Steven Wick Company mobile applications, and any other websites or applications associated with Steven Wick brands or products that direct the viewer or user to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). In these Terms, the terms “Steven Wick,” “we,” and “us” refers to Steven Wick Company and its respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

You are also granting us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid up, worldwide license (but not the obligation) to use your name, likeness, personality, voice, or any other materials or information you provide to STEVEN WICK in connection with your content. STEVEN WICK is not and shall not be under any obligation (1) to maintain any User Content in confidence; (2) to pay you any compensation for any User Content; (3) to credit or acknowledge you for User Content; or (4) to respond to any User Content. TERMINATION The Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Steven Wick. You may terminate the Terms at any time. Steven Wick also may terminate or suspend access to this Site at any time and may do so immediately without notice, if in Steven Wick’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms. Upon any termination of the Terms by either you or Steven Wick, you must promptly destroy all materials, downloaded or otherwise, obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this these Terms or otherwise. .
