HOW SOON DO WE SHIP ORDERS?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? If you are still unable to locate the package, you can also contact us directly and we would be happy to further assist you. We will then launch an investigation and update you on our findings. If it has been determined lost during transit, a claim is filed in which we will&nbsp;then give you a full refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED AFTER IT IS SHIPPED?
In certain instances, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, a complete refund, including shipping charges, will be issued to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-ship orders that have been returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. However, if you still wish to purchase the undeliverable items, we encourage you to place a new order through our website. These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the website located at stevenwick.company, the Steven Wick Company mobile applications, and any other websites or applications associated with Steven Wick brands or products that direct the viewer or user to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). In these Terms, the terms “Steven Wick,” “we,” and “us” refers to Steven Wick Company and its respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

The IP License Company includes, for example and without limitations, the right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to company corporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, in both digital and physical owned channels, and will not be limited in any way in its use or modifications to the submission, whether for commercial purposes or not, of the User Content. In certain circumstances STEVEN WICK may also share your contribution with trusted third parties. You are also granting us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid up, worldwide license (but not the obligation) to use your name, likeness, personality, voice, or any other materials or information you provide to STEVEN WICK in connection with your content. STEVEN WICK is not and shall not be under any obligation (1) to maintain any User Content in confidence; (2) to pay you any compensation for any User Content; (3) to credit or acknowledge you for User Content; or (4) to respond to any User Content. You understand and agree that it is your obligation to make sure the User Content you submit to the Site must not violate the rights of any third party, STEVEN WICK Company including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). Steven Wick reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you will not in any event settle any claim without the prior written consent of Steven Wick.
TERMINATION The Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Steven Wick. You may terminate the Terms at any time. Steven Wick also may terminate or suspend access to this Site at any time and may do so immediately without notice, if in Steven Wick’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms. Upon any termination of the Terms by either you or Steven Wick, you must promptly destroy all materials, downloaded or otherwise, obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this these Terms or otherwise. .
