HOW SOON DO WE SHIP ORDERS?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED AFTER IT IS SHIPPED?

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, a complete refund, including shipping charges, will be issued to you. In certain circumstances STEVEN WICK may also share your contribution with trusted third parties. You are also granting us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid up, worldwide license (but not the obligation) to use your name, likeness, personality, voice, or any other materials or information you provide to STEVEN WICK in connection with your content. TERMINATION The Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Steven Wick. You may terminate the Terms at any time. Steven Wick also may terminate or suspend access to this Site at any time and may do so immediately without notice, if in Steven Wick’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms. Upon any termination of the Terms by either you or Steven Wick, you must promptly destroy all materials, downloaded or otherwise, obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this these Terms or otherwise. .
