The Balaclava Polar Fleece combines full-face coverage with enhanced flexibility, perfect for those who need adaptability in changing weather. The unique hinged ergonomic design allows you to adjust the fit for maximum comfort and versatility, while the trusted Polar Fleece fabric delivers exceptional warmth and moisture resistance. This is the original Airhole snowboard face mask: a full hinge balaclava for snowboarding and skiing, with one small oval hole at the mouth, held open by a moulded silicone ring. The hole does the anti-fog work: your breath goes out through it instead of up into your goggles, so your lenses stay clearer. The face panel is shaped to sit flat under a helmet without bunching, and it folds down when you need to eat, drink or breathe. Polar Fleece is our most popular fabric. It breathes, wicks moisture and dries fast. On our warmth scale Polar Fleece is a Cold days fabric, for roughly −5 to −15°C.Fabric: 92% polyester, 8% spandex. Sizes: S/M fits heads 50–55 cm, M/L fits 55–60 cm. Canadian pro snowboarders started Airhole in 2006, and every mask is still built around the hole.

Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? Here's how it works.
The basics

Full-priced items can be returned within 14 business days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Sale items are final sale. Orders shipped outside Canada and the USA are also final sale.

We don't do exchanges — return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

How to start a return

Email info@endeavordesigninc.com with the subject "Return – [your name] – [order number]".

We'll email you a return authorization (RA) label with the right return address for your country.

Ship it back using that label. Return shipping is at your cost — use a tracked, insured service.

Once we receive and check it, we refund your original payment method, minus the original shipping. Allow up to 10 days for the funds to land.

Questions? info@endeavordesigninc.com, Mon–Fri, 9–5 PST.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Surrey, British Columbia. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and a second email with tracking once it has shipped. Tracking can take a day or two to appear.
CANADA
Orders of CA$70 or more ship free. Orders under CA$70 are charged a flat CA$18.95. Snowboards and rolling luggage ship free, with no minimum.
UNITED STATES
Orders of US$70 or more ship free. Orders under US$70 are charged a flat US$18.95. Snowboards and rolling luggage ship free, with no minimum. Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days. We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.
International orders have a minimum order value of CA$250. Orders containing snowboards or rolling luggage have a minimum of CA$300. The minimum applies to your cart total, not to individual items, so several smaller pieces will meet it.
We set a minimum because international carriage is priced by parcel rather than by value. On a small order the freight can cost more than the goods, and we would rather tell you that up front than quote you a rate that makes no sense.
Your exact shipping rate is calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Every order is delivered duty paid. We cover any duty and import tax — in Canada, in the United States, and internationally through DHL — so the total you pay at checkout is final and nothing is collected from you on delivery.
QUESTIONS
If your country is not listed, or your order does not meet the minimum and you would still like it shipped, email us at info@endeavordesigninc.com and we will quote you directly.
