The basics

<li>Full-priced items can be returned within 14 business days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.</li>
<li>Sale items are final sale. Orders shipped outside Canada and the USA are also final sale.</li>
<li>We don't do exchanges — return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.</li>

How to start a return

<li>Email info@endeavordesigninc.com with the subject "Return –&nbsp;[your name] –&nbsp;[order number]".</li>
<li>We'll email you a return authorization (RA) label with the right return address for your country.</li>
<li>Ship it back using that label. Return shipping is at your cost — use a tracked, insured service.</li>
<li>Once we receive and check it, we refund your original payment method, minus the original shipping. Allow up to 10 days for the funds to land.</li>

All orders ship from our warehouse in Surrey, British Columbia. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and a second email with tracking once it has shipped. Tracking can take a day or two to appear.
CANADA
Orders of CA$70 or more ship free. Orders under CA$70 are charged a flat CA$18.95. Snowboards and rolling luggage ship free, with no minimum.
UNITED STATES
Orders of US$70 or more ship free. Orders under US$70 are charged a flat US$18.95. Snowboards and rolling luggage ship free, with no minimum. Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days. We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.
International orders have a minimum order value of CA$250. Orders containing snowboards or rolling luggage have a minimum of CA$300. The minimum applies to your cart total, not to individual items, so several smaller pieces will meet it.
We set a minimum because international carriage is priced by parcel rather than by value. On a small order the freight can cost more than the goods, and we would rather tell you that up front than quote you a rate that makes no sense.
Your exact shipping rate is calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Every order is delivered duty paid. We cover any duty and import tax — in Canada, in the United States, and internationally through DHL — so the total you pay at checkout is final and nothing is collected from you on delivery.

To make a purchase on endeavordesigninc.com, browse a category under the ‘shop’ header and click to add items to your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart link found at the top right hand corner of your screen. Once in the shopping cart, you will have the ability to update items and quantities before checkout.
Prior to checkout you will be required to set up your endeavordesigninc.com account. Here, you will be able to update personal information such as contact information, billing and shipping address. You will also be able to track your current orders and the status of any approved returns. Once your account is set up you will be able to log in prior to future purchases on endeavordesigninc.com.

endeavordesigninc.com ensures that stock availability online matches inventory on hand. If for some reason the item(s) purchased is not in stock, notification will be sent immediately, and you will be given the option to either change or cancel your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
