Standard Shipping:

If there are no delays due to Covid-19 situation, delivery takes approximately 4-15 business days after processing. Please allow extra time during holiday season. Additional factors such as natural delays may cause further delays. Tracking information ,including carrier information are provided with every order once the order is shipped.

LOST/MISSING/DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.


MeeeShop does not take any responsibility for packages lost or damaged while in transit or stolen packages once delivered. Any claims on damaged/ stolen packages must be reported to the carrier or your local authorities.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@meeeshop.com.

We gladly accept returns within 7-days of delivery, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with SKU label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase & current product pictures for our internal tracking purposes.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on MeeeShop's part. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@meeeshop.com or click Request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Some of the products in our store may be eligible for pre paid return shipping label. Please do check with us at support@meeeshop.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Due to hygiene reasons all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.  Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs AND up to a 20% restocking/handling fee

How will I receive refund?

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Why the Restocking Fee?

Returns significantly increase the cost of doing business.

When customers want to return an item we incur additional costs as a business. Businesses, like us, help recover these additional costs with a restocking fee. By deducting a restocking fee, us.meeeshop.com is able to keep everyday prices lower on our website.

All non-defective items may incur up to a 20% restocking/handling fee. The item was purchased with our “Free Shipping” promotion (Zero cost of shipping to you while actually it was paid by the shipper), that's why you will be charged the difference of the original and return shipping costs AND up to a 20% restocking/handling fee. Those charges/fees will be deducted from your refund.
