We gladly accept returns within 7-days of delivery, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.&nbsp;Return requests must be initiated&nbsp;within 7 days&nbsp;(return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. All non-defective items may incur up to a 20% restocking/handling fee.&nbsp;The item was purchased with our “Free Shipping” promotion (Zero cost of shipping to you while actually it was paid by the shipper), that's why you will be charged the difference of the original and return shipping costs AND up to a 20% restocking/handling fee.
