Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on MeeeShop's part. To start a return, you can contact us at support@meeeshop.com or click Request a return. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@meeeshop.com
Why the Restocking Fee?
Returns significantly increase the cost of doing business.
When customers want to return an item we incur additional costs as a business. Businesses, like us, help recover these additional costs with a restocking fee. By deducting a restocking fee, us.meeeshop.com is able to keep everyday prices lower on our website.
All non-defective items may incur up to a 20% restocking/handling fee. The item was purchased with our “Free Shipping” promotion (Zero cost of shipping to you while actually it was paid by the shipper), that's why you will be charged the difference of the original and return shipping costs AND up to a 20% restocking/handling fee. Those charges/fees will be deducted from your refund.

We need some time to process the orders, package and ship them to you.
* The Timelines mentioned here are estimates, not guarantees.
