How long will it take to process my order?
Your package will be ready to ship within 2-5 business days.
When will I receive my order?
Standard deliveries can take up to 5 business days to 18 business days. Express deliveries can take up 1 to 7 business days.
How can I find my tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message right after placing your order. You can find your tracking number in that email/text message. If you have an account, you will be able to find your tracking number in your account. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us at "hello@shopbst.net". Our costumer care will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I track my package?

It's been 16 business days and I haven't received my package. What should I do?

What if my order is lost in transit?
We can refund the amount or ship the item(s) again.
My package has arrived in my country. Can I get more information from the shipping company?
You can contact to shipping company with your tracking number to get more information about the delivery.
My tracking updates shows that my package has been delivered but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Your package may be delivered to the mailbox, doorman, reception or nearest post office. You can check these or contact to the shipping company with your tracking number. If you can't find anything please contact us at "hello@shopbst.net". Our costumer care will assist you as soon as possible.
If you ordered multiple items, there is a good chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Some of your items can arrive early. If your items was sent from different warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text message both of your packages. If you have any questions about that please contact us at "hello@shopbst.net".
If you are living in United Arab Emirates, you have to add your P.O. Box Number. Otherwise, your package will not be delivered and sent back to us.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that, if you refuse the package because of the customs or import taxes we will not be able to refund the amount of the item(s).

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at "hello@shopbst.net". Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means you will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, these are nonrefundable. If you have any other questions around duties and taxes, let Customer Care know.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
