With a 100% cotton base, zip closure and generously filled with offcuts from our production (wool&sheepskin) it is a perfect addition to your living room, bedroom or any room which needs amping up those coziness vibes! And bonus added - it's fully natural and sustainable furniture! Our sumptuous round pouf / ottoman can be used as an occasional seat or perch for your feet for these long wintery nights with a cup of hot cocoa and a good book! The whole tanning process of sheepskins is completed on our side - we use only vegetable based chemicals and are sure it is done properly and environmentally friendly.Please note that the pouf is made with natural sheepskin so there might be slight variances in shade of sheepskin hair or length than ones displayed on pictures. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The amount refunded is cost of item minus cost of shipping of the item to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
