DISCOUNT PROGRAM VERIFICATION

We use this information to verify eligibility for these programs and a discount code is provided to the verified individual. After verification is colete and the discount code is provided, the personal information is permanently deleted.

We at OTTE Gear stand by our product and are committed to user satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase or receive it damaged, please contact returns@ottegear.com with your order number to generate a return.

Items can be returned within 60-days from the date of receipt. They must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached. Place the item(s) back in original packaging and use the label we provide to you. After the product is received back to our warehouse, please allow 5–7 days for the credit to appear back to your original form of payment.

United States - cost for the return label is $7.50 and will be deducted from your product refund. original shipping is not available for refund.

OTTE Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once a package is in the hands of a postal carrier.
