This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.ottegear.com (the “Site”).

DISCOUNT PROGRAM VERIFICATION
 We provide product discounts to individuals employed by the below. In order to ensure these programs are used appropriately, we verify employment using personal information such as employee ID numbers and photographic or other reproductions of employee ID cards. We use this information to verify eligibility for these programs and a discount code is provided to the verified individual. After verification is colete and the discount code is provided, the personal information is permanently deleted.

 3)	United States Navy or United States Navy Reserves;
 4)	United States Marine Corps or United States Marine Corps Reserves;

 8)	CIA, or FBI, or United States Marshal, or Diplomatic Security Service

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We at OTTE Gear stand by our product and are committed to user satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase or receive it damaged, please contact returns@ottegear.com with your order number to generate a return.

Items can be returned within 60-days from the date of receipt. They must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached. Place the item(s) back in original packaging and use the label we provide to you. After the product is received back to our warehouse, please allow 5–7 days for the credit to appear back to your original form of payment.

United States - cost for the return label is $7.50 and will be deducted from your product refund. original shipping is not available for refund. 

International - return shipping costs will be calculated based on location and will be deducted from your product refund. original shipping is not available for refund.

OTTE Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once a package is in the hands of a postal carrier. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include insurance or a signage requirement, please contact info@ottegear.com to update your preference within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
