If you suspect unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card according to its reporting rules and procedures.
Please note that Nuataaq will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Nuataaq online shopping while using our secure server.

We want you to love your Nuataaq gear, so if you're not completely satisfied we want to make that return as smooth as possible. If you purchased a product directly from our online store and you aren't satisfied, simply return it to us unused within 30 days through the portal below. We will issue you a refund once the item has been received and inspected by our returns team.
Buy It For Life Warranty
Nuataaq products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Nuataaq will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use.
