Boldwill, formerly known as Iron Roots, creates a healthy and sustainable alternative to regular plastic sportswear. We’ve always found it weird that sports inherently makes you healthier, but the activewear that you workout in neither is healthy for you or the planet. That is what we are here to change.

Refund Policy

Carbon neutral shipping All the CO2 that is emitted during the shipping process of our products is fully compensated. We work with an organization called&nbsp;<a title="The Green Branch" href="https://thegreenbranch.nl/" target="_blank">The Green Branch</a>, who carefully calculate our CO2 impact of shipments and then compensate this by planting trees in South America. Free shipping is applicable in the following instances:

<li>Countries within the European Union (EU): orders above €100</li>
<li>Rest of the world: orders above €250</li>
</ul>
Costs and delivery times All orders are shipped from The Netherlands. If you are located in the Netherlands and your order value is less than €100, the delivery cost is €4.99. For other countries, different delivery costs will apply to different countries. These will be provided at the checkout. Customs charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU). These charges, such as customs duties, taxes, and fees, are determined by your country's customs policies and regulations. Any of these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exception: For the United States and United Kingdom, all customs duties, taxes, and fees are already included, so no additional charges will apply upon delivery. After you placed your order, you will get an email with your track &amp; trace number and estimated delivery times. These delivery times can vary from 1 to 14 days, depending on the country. All Boldwill products are shipped from The Netherlands and worldwide shipping is available. Return products Do you wish to return a product? We’re sad to hear that. But we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. You can return them&nbsp;<a title="Return Portal" href="https://www.boldwill.com/a/506-returns-manager" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here</a>&nbsp;in our return portal. If there’s anything unclear, please contact us. Any product(s) can be returned and exchanged within 14 days after your order has arrived at your address. If you would like to exchange a product, you can select that option in our return portal. Please note that the product(s) have to be in the same condition as we have provided them to you, otherwise we will not be able to accept the product(s). We will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. After we have received the goods and checked them, we will repay you the amount we owe you within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any return costs, and these will be deducted from the repayment. The return costs per country / region are the following:

All the orders that are made on the Boldwill website are shipped from the Netherlands. We aim to pack the order the same day as it comes in, but this is not always possible. After you placed your order, your track &amp; trace code will be sent in your confirmation mail (if applicable). Boldwill can not be held accountable for delays that are beyond our control. We don’t always have control over things like natural disasters, so please bear with us. All Boldwill products are shipped from The Netherlands and worldwide shipping is available.  Price Changes All prices of our products include 21% VAT and are shown in euros. Shipping costs are added afterwards and differ from location to location. Boldwill has the right to change the price of a product at any given time without a warning. Privacy If you leave your information with us in good faith, we won’t use it for evil. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, that’s what your email is used for: giving you news. We might need some additional information like your address if you would like to order, otherwise your package might end up on a random street. But we try to minimize the information that we need from you.
