<p data-start="181" data-end="398">AOKA accepts returns within <strong data-start="209" data-end="220">14 days</strong> of receipt for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.</p>

<p data-start="609" data-end="823">AOKA covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For all other reasons — such as sizing or preference — customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.</p>
<p data-start="825" data-end="1023">Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within <strong data-start="946" data-end="968">5–10 business days</strong> after the returned items are received and inspected.</p>

<h6 data-start="1030" data-end="1053">WARRANTY POLICY</h6>
<p data-start="1055" data-end="1284">All AOKA products come with a <strong data-start="1085" data-end="1112">60-day limited warranty</strong> covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as faulty stitching, abnormal material breakdown, or premature padding failure.</p>
<p data-start="1286" data-end="1436">The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, purchases from unauthorized sellers, or items without proof of purchase.</p>

In some cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection. If your claim is approved, AOKA may repair, replace, or substitute the item. If the original product is discontinued, a comparable replacement will be provided. This warranty is <strong data-start="1806" data-end="1826">non-transferable</strong> and applies only to the original purchaser.</p>

<p data-start="1905" data-end="2007">For hygiene reasons, <strong data-start="1926" data-end="1965">gloves, hand wraps, and mouthguards</strong> cannot be returned once opened or used.</p>
<p data-start="2009" data-end="2109">AOKA reserves the right to <strong data-start="2036" data-end="2064">cancel or correct orders</strong> in the event of pricing or listing errors.</p>
