Pricing and Currency

Orders shipped internationally are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. Prices displayed on the website will reflect this exemption if your device's location is outside of Japan.

When paying in a currency different from your local currency, or if a refund is processed in a different currency, you may incur foreign transaction fees and/or experience fluctuations in exchange rates. Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.
We partner with DHL, FedEx, and EMS (Japan Post) for shipping. HIVE PRELOVED reserves the right to select the shipping carrier for your order. You may not select a specific carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
We ship exclusively to the address registered upon checkout. Please verify that your shipping information is accurate prior to completing your payment. HIVE PRELOVED is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order needs to be reshipped due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided information on our website or through the carrier's website.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times are estimated between 5-7 business days, depending on the destination country. Actual delivery may occur sooner. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, logistical issues) may affect delivery times.
Signature Required Upon Delivery
All packages are shipped with a signature required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the package. If you request a shipment without a signature requirement, you assume full responsibility for any missing or lost packages. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for all additional re-shipping fees.

Delays and Force Majeure

Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failure to pick up), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.

30-Day Return Window
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be perfect. We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, provided the items meet the specified conditions outlined below.
We strive to provide comprehensive information about each item, including detailed descriptions, multiple images, and accurate measurements. The colors of items, particularly beige and yellow tones, may appear differently depending on your device's screen. Please carefully review all details and measurements before making a purchase. If you require further information or clarification, our customer service team is available to assist you before your purchase.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly adhered to:
• Timeframe: The item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Completeness: All original accessories, such as branded boxes, dust bags, and accompanying materials, must be included in the return.
We urge you to be careful when trying on your purchases and to return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via our Product Returns Form
. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. We will carefully review your request and, if the return is authorized, provide a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns or returns shipped using a different label will not be accepted, and customers are liable for any returns made at their own expense that do not go through our standard return procedure.
If returning the item from a country different from the country in which the order was received, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated customs fees or import duties, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged item was received.
Monitoring of Returns

Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, our team will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Shipping Responsibility for Returns
The cost of return shipping for eligible returns will be borne by us. However, please note that any customs duties or taxes paid by the customer on the original order are non-refundable, as these fees are collected separately by your local customs authority. We will be responsible for the customs fees associated with the return shipment.
